INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
General Information
Abstracts must be written in Serbian and must follow the instructions; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
The deadline for abstract submission is: 31.8.2025.
Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
The number of oral presentations is limited. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. All abstracts not accepted for oral presentation will be considered for e-poster presentation. Notification of acceptance or rejection of all abstracts will be sent by 10.9.2025.
Abstracts should be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) document and prepared according to the following instructions:
Font: Trebuchet MS
Font size: 11
Abstract title: 200 characters (UPPER CASE)
Author and co-author information (maximum of 6 authors):
Full name and surname (underline the name of the presenting author)
Affiliation: institution, city, country
The abstract text should contain: INTRODUCTION, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS, AND CONCLUSION, and and must not exceed 250 words.
All accepted papers will be published in the abstract book without corrections, in the submitted form, so linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.
